777ge Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "777ge", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to 777ge and its operating entity, which holds the applicable international gaming licence and operates the website accessible at https://777ge.club.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 777ge platform, including the casino, sportsbook, and all ancillary services.
• "Account" means the personalised account created by a Player upon successful registration on 777ge, which holds the Player's PKR balance, betting history, and preference settings.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, banking, support, and ancillary services made available through the 777ge platform, including the 777ge Casino, cricket and PSL sportsbook, slots, live dealer games, and the 777ge Login portal.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, regulatory guidance, and licensing conditions applicable to 777ge's operation under its international gaming licence, as amended from time to time.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including CNIC verification and proof of payment method, required before any withdrawal is processed.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency denomination used for all Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the 777ge platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms. These Terms should be read together with the 777ge Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between 777ge and each Player.

By accessing the 777ge website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether on the 777ge Casino, the sportsbook, or any other feature of the platform — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 777ge platform and, if you have already registered, contact our support team at [email protected] to close your Account.

777ge may communicate updates to these Terms via email to your registered address, via a notice on the platform login page, or via an in-account notification. It is your responsibility to ensure that your registered email address is current and that you review communications from 777ge in a timely manner.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active Account on 777ge, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777ge strictly enforces a 21+ age restriction across all services. Any Account found to have been registered by or used by an individual under 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited in accordance with Applicable Law.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of a third party, or use of another person's Account, is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful registration information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a current mobile number.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a 777ge employee or contractor, in any jurisdiction.
• You must not have a previously closed, suspended, or self-excluded Account on the 777ge platform under any name or identity.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the 777ge platform at any given time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where 777ge identifies that a Player holds more than one Account — whether registered under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — 777ge reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all wagers placed from duplicate Accounts, and forfeit any Bonus Funds or winnings associated with those Accounts.

3.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 777ge is required under its international gaming licensing obligations to complete KYC verification for the relevant Account. You will be required to submit a clear copy of your valid CNIC and documentary evidence of your nominated payment method (for example, a screenshot of your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank account showing your name and account number). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 777ge Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 777ge Account — one that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings for an additional layer of protection beyond your password.
• Always log out of your Account when using a shared device, including at internet cafes or on family computers.
• Notify 777ge support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Do not save your password in a browser on a shared or public device.
• Do not respond to any communication that requests your 777ge password. 777ge support will never ask for your password.

777ge applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all connections and uses token-based session management with configurable timeout controls. However, 777ge cannot be held liable for unauthorised Account access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials in accordance with these Terms.

5.1 Deposits

777ge accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and MCB. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within your Account. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account or method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned (minus any applicable processing costs) and may result in Account suspension.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit, subject to completed KYC verification. 777ge does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but 777ge targets same-business-day processing for verified Accounts where technically feasible.

• Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Accounts are processed on a priority basis.
• Real Money funds and Bonus Funds are tracked separately; only Real Money funds may be withdrawn prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements.
• Withdrawal to a different payment method than the one used for deposit will not be processed without documented justification and additional KYC review.

From time to time, 777ge offers bonuses, free spins, matched deposits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this Article.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. Age verification may be required before a bonus is credited.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any one time, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• 777ge reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's Account and partially wagered will be handled in accordance with the terms under which it was originally credited.
• Bonuses obtained through multiple Accounts, abuse of referral programmes, or any form of collusion or fraudulent activity will be voided and the relevant Account(s) suspended.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonus credits and any associated winnings that remain in a Player's Account after the applicable bonus expiry period (as stated in the individual bonus terms) will be automatically removed from the Account balance. It is the Player's responsibility to review and satisfy wagering requirements within the applicable timeframe.

All betting and gaming activity on the 777ge platform — including cricket and PSL betting, slots, live dealer games, Joker Poker, Midas Fortune, and all other products available in the 777ge Casino — is subject to the specific game and sport rules published on the platform, as well as the general rules in this Article.

• Bets and wagers placed are final once confirmed. 777ge does not accept cancellation requests for wagers that have been confirmed and accepted by the platform, except in cases of manifest technical error (see below).
• In the event of a demonstrable technical error that results in an incorrect odds price, payout calculation, or game outcome being displayed or processed, 777ge reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and return the staked amount to the relevant Account(s).
• All casino games on the 777ge platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published house edges are accurate and consistent. No game is manipulated to produce outcomes beyond the stated statistical probability.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply on a per-game and per-market basis and are displayed at the point of play. Wagers outside these limits will not be accepted.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, the game server will record the last confirmed game state. Any pending wager will be resolved based on the recorded game state at the time of disconnection.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ge platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following actions will have their Account immediately suspended, all associated balances forfeited, and — where legally required — the matter referred to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to access your Account.
• Engaging in or attempting to engage in any form of match-fixing, advantage play, arbitrage betting, or any scheme designed to exploit bonus offers beyond their intended purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical tool to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for natural player use.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through the use of the 777ge platform or its PKR banking features.
• Abusing, harassing, threatening, or intimidating 777ge support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the technical systems, databases, or infrastructure of the 777ge platform.

777ge is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under international gaming licensing standards seriously. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all Account holders and may be applied immediately via the Account settings panel without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your Account to control your spending.
• Session time limits: Configure automatic session logout after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months) to take a break from gaming.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from re-registration. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic in-session notifications reminding you of the time you have spent playing and the net result of your session.

777ge strictly enforces a 21+ age restriction across all services. CNIC-based age verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Players who believe they or a family member may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek help from independent support resources, which are referenced in the 777ge Responsible Gaming Policy.

All content available on the 777ge platform — including but not limited to the 777ge name and logo, game titles, graphical assets, software, source code, database structures, written content, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777ge or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works of any 777ge content without the prior written consent of 777ge.
• You may not use the 777ge name, logo, or any associated branding in a manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by 777ge without explicit written authorisation.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777ge platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

This licence is automatically revoked upon closure or suspension of your Account. Any use of 777ge intellectual property beyond the scope of this licence is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, 777ge's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777ge shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — for any of the following types of loss, even if 777ge was advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenues, business, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from use of or inability to use the platform;
• Loss arising from interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications outages;
• Loss arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security in accordance with Article 4.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 777ge's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

12.1 Amendments

777ge reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 777ge will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a platform notification. Your continued use of the 777ge platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms, marked with the effective date at the top of the document, supersedes all prior versions.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your 777ge Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completed KYC verification.

12.3 Termination by 777ge

777ge reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where: a Player has breached these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct has been identified; regulatory obligations require it; or the Player is found to be ineligible under Article 3. In cases of termination for breach, 777ge reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in the Account.
